Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes the access data required for technical delivery – in particular your IP address, the time of access, the address requested, the volume of data transferred and details of your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the page, keep it stable and defend against attacks.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. 3.5. Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts
On our website we use external fonts, so-called web fonts, provided by Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To do so, the browser you use connects to the servers of Google or Adobe, which is how these providers learn that our website was accessed via your IP address. Web fonts are used in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online offering.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To deliver messages from the form to our inbox we use the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). Resend processes the content of your message and the associated delivery data solely for the purpose of delivering it. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement.
4. Your rights
In principle you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
