Access Bars® Anwendung
Access Bars® can facilitate change in all areas of life. They can be applied in cases of overload, burnout, migraines, sleep problems, restlessness, hyperactivity, conflicts, life crises, before exams, after injuries, pain, or to support the processing of traumatic experiences.
For depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, a session can provide relief and is highly beneficial alongside psychotherapy. However, Access Bars® does not replace therapy or medication. Only what you are ready to let go of can be released. The deep relaxation state brings a sense of clarity, ease, and great well-being. The session is performed fully clothed, lying down or sitting, and is suitable for children, adolescents, and adults.
